With a background in city planning and local government, Alex understands how zoning, land use regulations, and the design review process can influence property values, development opportunities, and long-term investment potential. Alex graduated from Santa Clara University and enjoyed opportunities in agriculture and workforce development before pursuing his career in real estate. Outside the office, you’ll find Alex at a coffee shop near the Healdsburg Plaza or hiking with his beloved dog, River.
