Grace Lucero brings over 25 years of experience and impressive accomplishments to her distinguished career in real estate. She launched her career in Los Angeles in the mid-1990s helping some of Hollywood's biggest names find and rehab their homes. Grace is a straight shooter, and to her clients, she serves as an authentic, trusted advisor and advocate. Her unrelenting drive and diligence has ranked Grace in the top 1% of Sonoma County agents, and has earned her the Vanguard Properties award of Top Producer every year since 2014. Grace’s success is due, in part, to her distinctive background in construction. She became a general contractor in 1996 and began renovating and developing houses – over 160 to date. In 1998, Grace expanded her love of the field and obtained her real estate license and quickly launched her career selling homes. For her clients, this means that whether they are selling or buying property, Grace’s expertise and guidance allows them to make the best and most informed decision. Grace’s focus covers residential, wineries, vineyards, commercial, and land. In 2013 she formed The Lucero Group, a team of real estate professionals. Grace ensures that each of her clients gets the utmost care and dedication during every step of the complex process of buying or selling property.

Originally from California’s Central Valley, she spent 20 years in L.A. but had been drawn to wine country for years, so she moved to Sonoma County in 2001. Grace loves to spend time outdoors hiking with her dogs. She prioritizes giving back to the community, spending time with friends and family, and rescuing animals. At the forefront of Grace’s life is her desire to help others, whether it is a colleague, friend, or complete stranger.
